Nexia Aged Care – Support at Home
Support at Home

Pricing and Funding

The Support at Home Program is designed to give you the flexibility, choice, and confidence to receive care in your own home. With multiple funding levels and short-term care options, it helps you access the right services for your needs.

At Nexia Aged Care, we make it simple to understand your funding, manage your care, and get the most from the support available.

How funding works

The Support at Home Program is government funded, with eligibility determined through an assessment via My Aged Care.

Your contributions go directly toward the services you use, helping you maximise your funding and access the support you need. You’ll only ever pay for the services you receive, there are no extra fees beyond what is needed to cover your care.
