Within the home, we have a dedicated Dementia Enabling Environment, affectionately known in house as Lorikeet Lane. This welcoming neighbourhood includes 13 private suites, created to offer safety and reassurance for residents living with dementia, while promoting familiarity and a strong sense of belonging.

Other Fees and Charges:
- Basic Daily Fee: The Government set a basic daily fee as a contribution to cover the cost of daily living. All residents pay this for permanent and respite care regardless of which home they choose.
- Means-tested care fee: A fee calculated and set by Centrelink based on an assessment of your income and assets. However, if this is not verified, the fee will be determined using an approved calculator for the first 90 days and then reviewed. You may not pay this.
- The Effective Maximum Permissible Interest Rate is 8.34% from 1 July 2026 and is reviewed quarterly by the government and subject to change.
